used some on the rally car (but on the clutch) brilliantly simple and work wonders if you need to do lots of regular bleeding (I did)
not so good after a year or so in the elements even with the rubber cap fitted the ball stuck tight.

could have I suppose but it was in a proper awkward place to get at which was why I used them in the first place.
I just use a non return valve on some small rubber pipe now for most brake bleeding
