Lettuce

I have disliked the stuff all my long life, I would eat it but could never see the point but no way would I buy it. Last week I was thinking about what to grow in the garden next year and for some reason lettuce came to mind, then I heard a reference to lettuce and peanut butter on toast and I wanted. I bought two Baby Gem and am loving the lettuce, I think about it all the time and sneak to the fridge for a nibble.

My sandwich for the morning was a perfectly good Blue Shropshire on Granary Baguette with onion manwich but now I have filled it with tomatoes and lettuce and made it gay. I so want my breakfast sanger now

My wife stir fries lettuce, which makes me hate it even more.
