Using a 4 pin relay, pin 86 should be the wire from your ignition switch, live when ignition is turned on.
85 should be a ground.
87 should be to your horns and 30 should be a wire from the battery.
Attachments can be made to pins with a flat crimp plug.
You'll want to be connecting all of your horns in parallel, which essentially means each horn gets its own wire to the power source.
So get your wire, and run it from your power supply (relay pin 87) to each horn.
A horn can be grounded by bolting wire to the frame of the body, or by running wire from the negative side of the battery.
Each horn must be grounded.
Be sure any connections are soldered and heat shrunk, or crimped together.
Make sure all bare wire is taped or heat shrunk. (Heat shrink shrinks around the wires and seals them like tape would - get it hot to shrink)

Hope this helps
