i was told i cant just put knobbly tyres on it and i will need some rims, i.e 19'' i was wondering will i be able to use the brake disc and sprocket and chain from the supermoto wheels or will i need new disc sprockets ect,

proply not, if it has motard wheels they are probly aftermarket or from another bike.. the swing arm and triple trees may also be modifed for the motard wheels. if you want it stock with offroad get the stock rims, breaks, spacers and sprockets and hope it fits.. check photos of your bike when it was stock to see if it has been modified. if it is modded it will probly need other parts too.

if you dont want your super motard wheels i buy them off you if you will sell them.

hard to tell, that rear wheel looks fat so swing arm may have been widened, the front is also fat meaning the tripple trees may be widened. but i dont know what model the bike is to compare it too stock.. only ever seen a few husqvarna's

I doubt anything near that level of modification has been done for that bike For a start, we can see the forks are in a standard dirt configuration - supermoto specific forks tend to have the wheel directly inline with the fork, as you'd find on a road bike.

A standard rear wheel will probably slot straight in. Unless you're doing motocross (in which case, bad choice of bike), go for an 18" rear wheel - this is the standard that came with the bike anyway.
Chain should be exactly the same too.

For the front, your only choice is 21" and again this is standard for the bike.
It's possible you can use the same brake disc, but ideally you want to go for a smaller one.
It's hard to tell from the pictures if that's the standard caliper or not. It's quite common to use the standard calliper spaced further out, however often people will put wider calipers on.
A 4 pot caliper rather than sliding 2 pot probably won't work with the dirt front wheel - the spokes don't angle in as much, so there's not as much clearance.

duno why youd want to change the rims anyways, i cant wait to get rid of my 18" and 21" rims, on any dirt bike id die for a pair of motard rims, they look badass on a motocross bike.

EDIT: also if you want to do offroading you will want to change your front fender, your engine will get coated with dirt and mud as soon as you hit the dirt with that super motard fender. you dont have too, just keeps the engine alot cleaner if you put a stock or dirt bike front fender on because they are lower and not full of holes.

Maybe because he got the bike for riding, not 'looking like a bad arse'? Smile
Semi-reasonable point on the mud guard; except enduro guards are often full of holes to let decent air flow through and you'll still find your engine coated in mud regardless.

you probly can get a 19 in there but it may have to be all the way back on the chain tensioners. measure from the axel to the swing arm where the tyre cant go any further, you will need 19inchs + 4 inchs for the tyre and rim. if you got the space you can fit a 19inch rim + tyre. and you probly can swap wheels from a bigger bike, but the axels may be wider, best to stay with standard, the bigger the bike usualy the bigger the bearings in the wheel for weight and speed purposes.

But why do you want a 19" wheel?
It will be much harder to find one that will fit and it won't be as suitable as an 18" for most things.

As Lynx suggests, there may be space issues too.

Bikes don't have axles.
In my experience, most similar physical sized (the TE410 and 610 are about the same size) bikes have similar sized wheel hubs. For instance, the rear wheel from my KTM 125 will fit straight in to a Husaberg 650.
However, I don't know enough about the Husky models to comment directly on what would fit in what (I know about KTMs as I've got them.)

This is what standard looks like mate.

Looks like your front brake disk is bigger too, so we might need to swap the bracket etc over aswell.

Gimme an email on gaz@gaz-racing.co.uk or PM on here, and we'll work something out. It'll probably be a case of meeting up and swapping stuff over until both bikes work.

EDIT: From my research so far, the 410 has unique sized wheels, apparently even ones from the 610 don't fit. Could be eBay sellers not knowing what they're on about though.

Mine's the TE410E model, meaning enduro, I wonder if yours is the SM model, I'm just noticing that mine's got USD forks whereas yours doesn't.

Does it have an electric start?

Is yours an absolute bugger to start? I honestly thought mine had broken my ankle last time I started it.
