Alright festive BCFers!
I have been given a budget of 80 quid from a relative to get a pair of winter gloves, must look decent... what's the best option? I was thinking along the lines of something Alpinestars. Must be warm and waterproof; I have RST gloves for the summer so these will be more winter used.

I have been looking at a pair of Spada Enforcers.
What you think?
There is a non high-viz option too but they don't have them on GetGeared any more. ____________________ Rusty '02 Vito Camper + CBR600F3 |

I have spada enforcers, cost me £53 and have been decent.
Crashed in them and they held up well. Finger tips do get cold but that is pretty much inevitable after a longer journey without heated grips/muffs etc.
The sizes are a bit weird so try them on first (L, XL and XXL all feel pretty much the same), they have them at South Wales Superbikes in Newport if you are ever around that way mate.

EDIT: Just noticed your comment above - you sir, lack taste .

I also have the Enforcer's and recommend them It's nice for a winter glove to have some armour on them for once, and it comes with a handy wiper blade on the left thumb. |

Hmm. Any where that I can try these gloves on in Plymouth?
Or just Hein Gericke or similar?

I have two pairs of Spada wp gloves and they are good to about -4 for 20min before the numbness arrives at finger tips at around 50 mph, both have been great for waterproofness, although 45 min is the longest in the rain i have been in them , the older pair are a size larger so i could fit the silky inner gloves, but the newer pair i got of ebay in almost mint nick are a touch tighter but they feel heavier in the leather, overall great gloves i think for the money, i even have a pair of rift summer gloves for the odd day its hot lol.
