If its the the plug cap , loose on the HT lead ? screw it in tighter
If its the cap loose on the plug , you should be able to bend the metal clip inside the cap in a bit , with a thin screwdriver , or get a new cap ____________________ If you can't fix it with a hammer , use your head . |

There are many different styles and types of spark plug caps. Make sure you use the spark plug cap that perfectly matched the angle between the spark plug wire and spark plug itself. And also, for clarification HT lead is different from the Spark Plug Cap. I had attached the images for you to identify HT lead from Spark plug cap. See the images below. Back to your spark plug cap maybe its not in good contact. So, the steps you should take is to make sure that when you screw the coil wire on the new cap you feel that the wire Butt up to the end of the Blind Hole in the Cap. (The Wire will start to turn with the Cap, at which point you should stop immediately - Do NOT try to overtighten.) ____________________ custom dirt bike graphics |
