honda CBR exhaust removal help

hi i have a honda cbr125 2004 [/img]
i am having problems fitting my new exhaust. i took the old one off because there was a crack in the downpipe. however when i removed the exhaust the part that had cracked snapped all the way through leaving the end of my exhaust stil atatched to the engine. it is not being help on by any bolts or anything it seems like its stuck itself on i have tried WD40 and tried tapping it with a hammer but no luck, just wondering if anyone can help or would it be best to take it to a garage and let them have a go at it?

Grab a can of shock and unlock from Halfords: that may help shift it.

Heyup mate. Had the same prob myself as DonnyBrago said.

Just got the cuff off with applied heat and a couple of sharp whacks with a hammer and chisel, being careful to avoid contact with any of the cylinder head, and keeping the angle of the chisel as acute as possible.
