Laughing Bandit will kill you out of boredom, as will the SV, and the DRZ will be just as fast as your 125 Wink

I'm alive..
The bikes been good just it.. was filthy and my cbt ran out so it's back apart for a little refurb then going to sell it this time around i think

The engine i can confirm is a '163FML' Basically a cheap chinky engine but it's still alive and running spot on.

I retarded didn't realize you can just about see the 163FML on the engine stamp mark.

Saying 163 i'm guessing it's around... 200cc? CG175? umm

Engine Mode 162FMJ/162FMK/163FML
Displacement(ml) 149.5 /173 / 196

With that i can take what i'v got and say it's a 200c(196cc) explaining it being a tad more pokey
down below than most 125's.. I wont ride it again, Once or twice before i sell it maybe.
It's getting a complete overhaul this time, £300 going into it
Most of it was mucked up from Offroading but yeah it's stripped now and awaiting some parts

Gonna fish for around £800 with Full tax and MOT might budge it to £1000 ono when i see
it finished.

Money for full test + cheap bike (Bandit, GS500, Diversion, Bros)

It's running great still and is getting put up for sale very soon as i'm moving down south and getting a car.

just thought i would update and put final pictures up before it goes. still needs a couple of things but it's pretty much there.

For a long time i was unsure of what engine this bike had but as i said in the previous post The engine i can confirm is a '163FML' Meaning it's a 200cc with a little pokey 15hp.

In the pics you can see there is no seat on the bike as i just fitted a longer range tank because i found it on ebay and my tank had a few issues.

Rieju mrx 125 Frame - With logbook and registered as 125.
200cc 163FML 4 stroke Engine
12 months TAX and MOT
New chain and sprocket
Almost full tread on front and back tyre
Engine Serviced (Only around 4k on engine)
Electric and kick start
Also will have acerbis headlight to match the hand guards when i'm done
Nice bike very reliable to me.
Very similar to a 125 but doesn't feel like you're screaming it's nuts off at 55-60.

Looking for about £1000 Ovno. To be honest i have been offered £750 without tax and test but would rather put that extra bit in for the little profit as i'm doing my driving lessons soon.

God dang it. am i that boring?!

Turns out i may be keeping her as... car insurance is ridiculous and would be much cheaper to pass my bike test

I have big plans though

It's getting supermoto'd with plans for a new engine.
something more. reliable.

Maybe 2 stroke.

Only just finding this thread for the first time (I think...) and it is a cool project. Car insurance is absolutely insane for the first few years...keep the bike Wink

I do however feel the need to link you to this thread: https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=270718

Leaving the number plate in the photos is just asking for trouble, even if it probably makes under the learner bhp limit.

Yeah thankyou for the advice i'm not going to be riding it until iv done my test but have plans now for an XR250 motor.

Seems reliable. Short ratios but bigger sprockets should make it capable of sitting at 60.

The Frame will need strengthening and a top back mount added.

i give this frame credit. it's not one of those chinky tube things. it's a full box frame.

It will be registered by then as i'm going to take a long time doing it right. It won't really be a rieju when i'v swapped out the electrics. changed the frame. supermoto wheels. and engine.

Excited. if anybody was interested when it gets going ( a month or two ) i'll make a new project as i don't think anybody has ever had the balls to chop a rieju.
