Is the system currently empty and you need to refill it from dry or are you just trying to change the fluid?

The same way as you bleed the front brake? Or any brake for that matter?

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

If you want to you can buy a bleed kit which will basically stop air being sucked back in via a one way valve but it's not essential.

You'll need 8mm ring spanner (for bleed nipple), brake fluid, syringe, screwdriver for master cylinder top screws and some clear tubing with a bottle at the bottom.

1.Attach ring spanner to bleed nipple nut section then attach pipe to bleed nipple and run to bottle (on the floor) fill bottle with brake fluid to cover bottom of pipe.
2.Fill syringe with new brake fluid and remove master cylinder top and top up the fluid.
3.Using your hand push the brake lever down, when you feel pressure undo the bleed nipple. feel the lever sink and watch the old brake fluid come out. When the lever reaches the bottom of it's travel tighten up the bleed nipple. Repeat until all the dirty fluid and air has come out. Watch the fluid level and DO NOT let the master cylinder run low / out of brake fluid.
4.When you've finished tighten the bleed nipple, replace the master cylinder top and nipple dust seal and jobs a good un.

Remember to TEST the brakes BEFORE you ride on the road!!
