Hi
Normal trick to swap forks and yokes is to press the stem out of the replacement yokes and replace it with the original stem from the bike the yokes are being added to. Will only work is they are about the same diameter though.
Swinging arm might fit OK (Yamaha are generally pretty good at only changing things that need changing), but that is one you will have to measure up. Might need spacers and you might have issues with the sprockets not lining up.

Does anybody know,if a TRX 850 SWINGER will fit the THUNDER CAT 600 frame(desperate now) and if so,what will be required to get them to unite?
