Hi

Is the fuel pump running? You will likely hear it clicking when you turn the ignition on (if plenty of fuel getting the the carbs then you might not, but often if sat for a while you will hear at least one click).

After that, is it sparking?

All the best

Keith

What year FZR? Reg/recs are notoriously bad on these, if i blows it can take the ECU out, even the clocks.

Hi

Check for a spark. Take a spark plug out, put the plug lead on it, earth it against the engine and crank the engine over.

Also does the rev counter needle move at all as you crank it over?

All the best

Keith
