They tend to be model specific.
As a temporary measure for your MOT, you could cut both connectors off, strip back the wires, twist them together and tape over them with PVC tape or shrinktube.
EDIT: Scrub that. If you get a fine bladed screwdriver, you should be able to wiggle the connectors out of the plastic molding (poke it down between the plastic and the wire to push down the little barb on the connector while pulling the wire). Tape the connectors together for the MOT. You can push them back in after.
If you want the exact connector block, you'll probably have to get it off a honda dealer along with some mini connectors to fit in it.
If it was me, I'd cut both connector blocks off and replace them with insulated bullet terminals. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”

Or spray the old switch liberally with WD40 and wiggle it back and forth until it starts working again. It is unusual for one to actually break, it's normally just a bit of muck and corrosion in there. A CBF500 is a relatively recent model and I wouldn't expect a rear brake switch to have let go in this short a time. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink.
