Looking into trading in my Alp for a similar big trailie. There's a nice nearly new Tiger 1050 going on Autotrader that doesn't have ABS.
Would you recommend getting this fitted retrospectively and is it even possible?
I see Triumph quote £550 to add ABS to a new non-SE version on their configurator site.

Hi
I would doubt is can be retrospectively fitted, at least not without spending a hell of a lot.
My guess would be that you would need replacement wheels (or maybe just disks) to trigger the sensors, different wiring loom, ABS pumps and lines. Different clocks and master cylinders also wouldn't surprise me (although I suspect they are the same).
