Glad you got it back and hope the damage isn't too bad.
If it's just around the corner, be hopeful they tried to start it, failed, then just dumped it in a hedge. ____________________ My Flickr |

Looks pretty ok. Some electrical tape and a new screen and you're away. ____________________ My Flickr |

Hey,
Sorry to hear about the damage, but it's paltry compared to not having your motorcycle back!
As above, get a ground anchor and an Almax S3 chain, a disc lock and ma-hoosively loud alarm too as a deterrent, if you aren't allowed a ground anchor then find a lamppost.
Personally, I'd ask your landlord if you can put in a ground anchor but sign something saying that when you leave you will have the tarmac fixed so it looks like it was never there, that may sweeten the deal a bit.
Glad you got it back, now step up security.
PERSONALLY, I would suggest storing your motorcycle at a friends/parents/anywhere with someone you trust for the next week or two so that WHEN the would-be theives come back to see it again/nick it again, it's not there.
Cheers! ____________________ "Four wheels move the body, two wheels move the soul."

Looks like you could plastic-stitch that side panel back together using a soldering iron leaving just a second hand screen to purchase off eBay or similar. Judging by the state of your fork legs you aren't too precious about concours finish...
The ignition wires really need to be properly connected together and heatshrink used on the joints. You really don't want any ignition issues when it gets wet out, nor do you want any sudden loss of power when riding.

Them cheeky bastards, i cant believe they had the cheek to plaster it with Monster Energy stickers too!
Seriously though, glad you got it back in relatively one piece, i know exactly how it feels. Doesnt look like it will cost too much to put right. Any idea why they wrecked the screen, apart from it being iridium? ____________________ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OPv5mDPQ14

If you cant have a ground anchor, how about a big plant pot filled with cement. Put a bit of pipe through it first to pass the chain through. Im sure simmilar has been discussed before
