will the shaking stop once ive run the bike in a few miles?.
do i have to take the engine back out?
is there an easy way to solve this ''problem''

thanks in advance for your replies.

Shaking like that is normally due to bad main bearings or dodgy engine mount rubbers/brackets.

As you had your crank out i would say that its quite likely that may be your problem.

Try all your engine mounts first. as that is a lot easier.

Not 100% shure but thats what i have had experience with.

Dude, the shaking is either your balance shaft or loose engine mounts... more than likely the balance shaft if you just popped it in the first way it fitted.
