Hi

Mike came round earlier. He was concerned about the vibration on his car.

We found the problem:-

What has he been doing, sitting stationary and turning the wheels for 1/2 hour or has he been locking the wheels from 100mph? Laughing

Probably best to get it changed I suppose!!!

And you know what his like with those directions, imagine his gotta sus out everytime he comes to an island which exit he has to take, thats alot circles... Wink

Hi

What you can only just see in the picture is the bits of steel poking out of the tyre, and that it has about a 5mm high bulge.

Even worse is that the spare was worse Shocked .

3 points on my licence would be the least of my worries if that blew out at 85mph on the motorway...

Crazy, mind that reminds me my NSR front tire ain't looking too healthy either! Anyone heard of someone having a blow-out on a bike or does that not happen? I bet no-one can claime they have had one because I wouldn't expect them to be living!

Unfortunately blow outs do occur on bikes. The results are often fatal. Crying or Very sad

had a front blow out on my NSR, 2 weeks ago doing 40mph, tyre had split around the rim manged to stop the bike without stacking it even though the front of the bike was thrashing around.


pushing the bike 2 miles on the rim to the garage did,nt do any good Sad

what l do reconmend for tyres is "ultraseal" sore it on men and motors were a bike tyre with the stuff in was stabed and the tyre instanty sealed rider does,nt even notice, stuff works up to 164mph got in both my new tyres now much better than that slime crap.
