Something electrical with a CG125

I've got an electrical issue with my CG125-M1 (2002) and my dad and I have checked all the wiring but think it's something to do with the new flasher relay I put on it a couple of months ago when the old one broke, and we're not sure what wattage the relay should be.
All the lights and everything work fine, the indicator lights come on and stay on; but do not flash at all, the bulbs and everything else are the correct wattage too. The relay that's currently on it is a 3 prong 80w relay. (edit - had a check today, and the relay is 12v/60w)
so if anyones got any advice/ help for me, it'd be really appreciated.

i think it should be a two pin relay.try Wemoto there about £8.

it came with a 3 pin relay, and when i tried a 2 pin relay, it blew the secondary fuse.
things that have been suggested to me by motorcycle parts shops was to check the earths, bulbs and battery charge, all of which were fine, so i have no idea why the relay isn't working.

if it came with a three pin relay and thats the wiring on the bike then the power rating on the relay is too high to flash.Eg if you had a relay that was for a slightly higher wattage/bulbs the flashing would be a little slow.the one you've got is probably too higher wattage for the bulbs ,or the two wire relay is being wired wrong .

80 watts is a lot ,i think that a 35/40watt one should do it.A car one will be too much.
