urgent - bike died - ts50- now not stating and riding

I have my ts 50 running but only with the choke on so i cleaned the carb
i changed the transmission oil - i used mtx gear oil

i cleaned the carb in boiling water and used the air line to blow the jets and carb and dry them then left in sun for an hour to ensure no water was left

the bike still didnt want to run right without the choke - but it rid for a bout 2 hours in total ( not all in 1 run)

it then suddenly died on me not reving at all - sometimes it will start and the throttle wide open it just idles and will die after a minuite or two - if i remove the slider it will sometimes start and rev high to about 7-8000 rpm

anyone have any idea what could be wrong

when i had my ts i was using it, as you do. and it started running ruff at about 5-7 and would be ok for a while and go back to running weird. well the thing was the 2 st oil adjuster had moved, for the worse so i put it on 20 : 1 and not a problem since. as long as the lines are cleared and its properly jetted for aftermarket filter it might be the oil adjuster

i sorted it today the pilot jet had fallen out as i didnt tighten it enougb

But it will still only run with the choke it dies when leave to idle without and seems to have lost power latly
