anyone got a copy of a restriction cert that i can use for my bike?

Is it restricted? If yes then don't worry about it. If your insurers ask for one get a dyno printout. If the coppers pull you and are arsey then there is a rare possibility they might test it themselves. A cert won't save you, whether real or fake. The FI cert has no standing in law, it's a scam so they can make money flogging penny washers at £200 a pop.

I wouldn't fake one as it's not really worth it. Do a search on here if you really want a fake cert. Chives did a word document one that looks as good as the real thing.

A free download called Open Office can open word files.
