suz 125 vl valve clearance

Hi, Valve gaps need setting,it says you need to remove tank, speedo,and the need of a special tool?? Anybody know if i can set gaps without any of the above

removing the tank is a few bolts.

Is this one of the bikes where the speedo is integrated into the tank?

If so just undo the physical cable from either the speedo or front wheel.

You just have to get the tank off and then you'll be able to get to the engine.
