hey guys
im fixing a 2stroke 100cc twist and go moped, the rider says that after a while of riding it dies, now knowing ped riders that probably means full throttle most places, so first thoughts were over heating, any other suggestion??
many thx

If it is only dieing at full throttle then it could be lean seazing. So first i would check that the carb isnt blocked and that it is jetted correctly. Also check the colour of the spark plug, it should be brown ish.

Hi. Had the same problem with a ped once. It was the float level to low, causing the fuel to run out after a short while at full throttle, If it was kept at lower throttle use it ran ok.
