Hi

Not new laws but there was a piece that they were insisting on such gear. Think someone on here also posted that this had been withdrawn as it wasn't legitimate.

All the best

When I took my Mod one the other week, there was a sign saying that people wearing inappropriate clothing would be refused a test. It did list trainers as not appropriate, but if they're solid type then it's probably up to the tester. My advice would be to wear boots if they possibly can.

Just before anyone else mentions it, I meant trainers as in shoes, not instructors Very Happy

Did my test a month ago, and the training school had a note up saying what wasn't suitable. It was along the lines of:

Flip Flops
Sandals
Training shoes IE running, golf, astroturf trainers,
deck shoes
fashion trainers

Or something along those lines, so I would probably say it's best to get some boots - even if they are army surplus, and get used to the controls while wearing them.

Thumbs Up
