Okay guys, i posted a topic a while ago about the bike not riding right and it feeling like the wheel is misaligned when its not :/...

Anywhos, i tried to take off the front sprocket cover and my dodgy spanners were just rounding the heads... So off to B&Q and 30 minutes later i have a handy socket set Wink

Anywhos.....

This is my find! What do i do now? how does this effect the bike??

Not sure - is that just a tabbed lock-washer where it's deliberately bent (looks like it and it's supposed to stop the nut from undoing itself)? Use a cold chisel (or large flat bladed screwdriver if you're feeling naughty but be careful with it) and hammer to bend that tab back then you can undo the nut. Your chain looks filthy by the way and the sprocket looks pretty well worn out too. I'd replace them as a set.

Well chain needs a good clean and lube.
Not quite sure due to angle of pic, but it lloks like a new sprocket is required as it appears to be a bit hooked on the teeth.

I would simply get a new chain and sprocket set. Thumbs Up

And give that area a good clean Laughing
