Are you talking about yor VF500? Not a bike I'd like to be pulling the carbs off too often for 'tuning'.
Anyway, what you need is a wideband datalogger if you intend to tune it on the road. You also need to clean, service and set your carbs, and service your engine & fit a new air filter to establish a working baseline. There's no point spending a few hundred quid on datalogging gear if your carb setting are all out of whack, jets are partially blocked and float levels all different. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'

£60 for a full carb setup? Not very inspiring, should be a LOT more IMO. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'
