Hey everyone.

Since it's the season of Good Will I have family obligations which mean that I will have to take my car and visit my relatives.
I'm going to be leaving my bike in my unheated and slightly draughty garage for about 2 weeks.

Should I remove the battery over this period?
The bike is a 2010 Hornet and has so far shown no problems with the battery voltage level.

Thanks all!

Petrol will go off in that time.

Better take off the wheels too incase they get nicked.

Cheers guys.
Sorry if it seemed a stupid question, but this is my first bike and I don't want any issues when I come back to it.

I was actually more concerned that I hadn't moved my car for a week and it took about 30 seconds of the starter motor running before the engine started.... maybe it's time for a new battery for that now!
