Bit of a strange one really, but my passing button (that's what my manual calls it) has stopped working.

This is the little trigger that I can pull to temporarily put my full beam on, to thank drivers, warn others of my presence etc.

I've not taking my left controls apart yet, but anyone had this before?

No the bulbs fine, it comes on with the main switch.

I'll take it apart tomorrow and have a look, it does seem a bit strange, but I do use it a bit.

It sounds as though the switch contacts are dirty, you can get contact cleaner spray to remove the crud, alternatively you can dismantle the switch mechanism and clean all the metal parts with lemon juice, if you use that option make sure you take careful note of how all the bits fit together.

Yeahh,

I've had a look at the service manual it looks like all it could be is a wire or the switch itself, there is no fuse.
