There probably isn't a market for those bikes.... all look like they can't handle a corner
It would be a hard business to start and run...as for jobs, do you have the relevant design degrees or anything?
Try making something less futuristic... |

They've got me thinking Batmobile
I like the designs, but more as artwork, I wouldn't/couldn't ride one of those really; it's just too impractical.
If you want to start designing motorbikes and get them accepted by a manufacturer then you need to think about practicality and costs.
One of the first things that you need to do is to think about what people want out of a motorcycle. For me that would be:
easy to handle (for filtering)
fast enough for the motorway
reliable
cheap to run
If you're going into electric bikes then that would say to me that you're going to be designing commuter bikes. Then you have to design a bike which fits those needs, rather than just what looks cool. ____________________ 2004 R1 & 2018 XSR900 |

Those are pictures, not designs.
You want to design motorcycles; you need a degree in engineering. If you want to specialise in aesthetic design, 'product' engineering is probably your best bet. It contains a lot more art, and a lot less 'real' engineering. Automotive engineering, is offered by two or three universities in this country; the courses contain 'some' styling & modeling modules, and less structural and technical work. We (H300 Mechies, pure mechanical engineers) used to laugh at them playing with plasticine in the labs when we went off to run Dynometers or make engines with a lathe; because we knew that 90% of what they styled was unmakable. We also knew that out of thirty of them on a course, only two would get to work for a car company, and unlikely they would ever get to style a whole car!
In twenty years, only ONE has; for Morgan.
BUT, you may dream. ____________________ My Webby'Tef's-tQ, loads of stuff about my bikes, my Land-Rovers, and the stuff I do with them!
