If you are interested in coming, please PM me and I will send you all the relevant details.

Updated post :

Turns out summer is a busy month for the field people.
I have managed to secure the 13/14/15th July even though I had previous arrangements Wink

Price is £9 per 2 man tent per night, so £9 for 1 night, £18 for both nights, factor in food and stuff, probably looking around £40 for the weekend judging by previous BCF BBQs.

Post code is - OX17 2NE, field behind F2 Motorcycles.

They do say there are toilets/showers on site, if you are of the gay and require a hotel.. here is a link with closest ones, albeit arsehole prices. https://alturl.com/qptbj

This one is pretty close - https://www.bedandbreakfast-directory.co.uk/uploads/estate/hotels/hotels42666.htm

List of people 100% and if money received.

Green - Good to go, thanks
Orange - Need to collect from you on the day... please don't forget
Red - You still need to pay.. ideally before the 10th July Thumbs Up

From Simple's talk about insurance etc; it seems at least finding the cost of a rally field that would allow fires and the like would be worthwhile.

So long as my old triumph is still in one piece, I'll be there!

I'm in Norfolk, but I'm not fussed about a trek to get there, so Scotland and Wales are fine.

Will attend this year, hopefully. Last year conflicted. Year before was wicked... Shame I missed out in 2011.

I feel a need for tents..the waft of a FearBurger being thrown onto a large outdoor BBQ with lots of bikes parked stupidly.

Last year...was it a good turnout for a National Meet? It'd be good if we broke a few BCF records. Loadsa old heads should make the effort.... before you die.....and the nervous newbies.

Indeed - ten years of BCF an' that Confused.

Think we've managed around 50 people for one of the minimoto and karting days.
Often had 20-30 for various events where I haven't made quite so much effort - ie other minimoto and karting, paintball; not far off that for some of the early night's out in Reading, BBQs at Gav's etc.

Hendred Estate. I used to work there. Near the Harwell site. There is this awesome field on a hill which would be pimp.

Give them a ring.

I'll be up for some of this - I think toilets might be a necessity, look the poogate incident from Molly's as proof Laughing

I know it's been said before, but how about tagging on to a rally where they have already thought of this? I'm sure there's a suitable rally going on somewhere at the right time?

It's a worthwhile idea, and limits the amount of organisation that's left to us: this can only be a good thing.
However, if people are determined to add fertiliser to the foliage, I get the feeling that we're not likely to be able (or overly inclined) to stop them.
