Came out to the bike this morning and as it was warming up i put it on the side stand.
It seemed to lean a bit more than usual and when i checked, by kick the side stand with my boot, it moved.
On closer inspection, all three bolts were loose, one was almost all the way out!
One of them is impossible to get to unless you remove the gear select sensor, so I’m thinking these rattled themselves out. Had this happened to any of you before?? I’m curious as I’ve never had a problem like this before. Confused

This happened to me on my Duc 916, bolts need to cling on for life to stay where they are lol.

I pulled up to a bike meet, went to put the side stand down and it sort of wanted to give way. I held it upright and my bro noticed, one bolt had gone and the other nearly out!

Had to take the sidestand off, whilst me standing there holding it upright, put it in my bag and ride home to fix Laughing

Yes, it happened a lot on my Buell. Regularly had to either threadlock or purchase new bolts.

Buy a load of Loctite blue, and use it often. Thumbs Up Smile

It happens on the TL, it vibrates and bolts work loose! I lost a bar weight today!

For sidestand bolts perhaps, but I'd use blue on anything you might want to actually undo one day! Wink

Seems like every bolt or nut on my 125 has come loose.

Top yoke bolts, engine mounts, side stand, Foot pegs, fairing bolts.

Now one of my weekly checks even though ive threadlocked everything..
