I've spent enough time in the lowlands to recognise Dutch architecture when I see it. Whereabouts do you live Daemonoid?

One of my Dutch clients (really nice bloke) has about 3 or 4 of these. I think one is a pick-up.

My last Mk2 'Rocco:

https://i274.photobucket.com/albums/jj243/Andy_B_photos/P2020023.jpg

Twin webbers under the bonnet, sports exhaust, lovely noise, bad for the pocket!

At the time I had 2 almost identical cars, one was a parts donor for the other:

I'm in Maastricht. That pic was taken just down the road from where I bought it in Sibculo (a tiny town in the north).

My 1800 mk2 golf. Miss it. Sad

Was fitted with a couple of simple things.

Scorpion pipe,
euro look lights
black/silver old school plates
vw mudflaps,
blacked out rear lights/indicators
And best of all, a dixie horn Laughing

Apart from a string of mini's, i've owned the following in the past,:
(obviously not my photos, they're a few thousand miles away with my parents):-

Lancia Fulvia
https://www.sherwoodrestorations.co.uk/media/image/portfolio/medium//1970%20Lancia%20Fulvia%20HF%20Monte%20Carlo%201.3.jpg

MG Midget 1969
https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/uploads/cars/mg/2454084.jpg

My dad was always turning up with some old "classic":-
MG GTB, MG Magnette, Triumph Heralds, Austin A40's A35's & A30's, Wolseley 1.5's, don't know where he found them.

Also had my fair share of knackered, old, Mk1 Escorts and Vivas when I first passed my test! Laughing

Without checking I'm certain that the earlier Fulvia had the smallest production "Vee" type engine ever produced for a car, (1100cc V4, IIRC).

The one I had, had a 1.3 V4.

There's a bloke in Limassol got a very nice Fulvia, fully restored, in rally livery, never got close enough to see what model it is, (keeps it behind some barbed wire fences), but it looks the dogs gonads!

Boring modern cars now, but wife used to run a '73 MGB GT; I had a bit of thing for Opels - 3 Mantas, a Chevette(not strictly an Opel, I know Smile )and eventually an Opel GT, which I now wish I'd kept when my daughter came along...

At the moment just the three, kinda four
one of these, same colour no pictures

My Type 3
https://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d112/pitslayer/fasty/fastyonesideearly.jpg

Got bored painted it before it came off the road to be restored, only been 6 years now since it has been off the road lol and untouched
https://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d112/pitslayer/fasty/DSCF0058.jpg

My Buggy, on 64 Beetle pan, fairly rare buggy one of about 3 left in the UK, as it is LWB and still has the rear end on it (even though the rear end is ugly as sin and if it wasn't so rare I would have hacked it off)
https://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d112/pitslayer/47b3d622b3127cce9b932085bd110000001.jpg

My Defender, very early Defender on a 1990, so super super early, like one of the first.

Previous cars
1965/6 Squareback ex Pigalle interior car (for those in the know) sadly, dash, steering wheel and column got ripped out, but I still have the boot mat.

Bought for £600, did nothing to it, sold for £1000, guy put two wings on the back and it was sold on again for more, it turned up for sale again a year back, exactly same condition I bought it in, but with the replacement wings, and saying that it needed the steering box tigthened, the steering box when I bought it couldn't be tightened anymore the car was dangerous to drive.

I gave up on it when I took it for MOT as the clutch release bearing fell off, which was annoying as I had just fitted it, (Stupid stupid system and they are prone to falling off, they rely on a U clip which merely holds the bearing to the arm, that is it, towed it for MOT, MOT man grabbed steering wheel and asked if I was taking the piss, then the car got sold, frightens me that no one replaced that box.
