Well.... it all depends if we can
a) find somewhere that will fix James' gixxer and
b) pay for my insurance

I know a couple of guys who live here and go riding regularly, I can pass on Dan's number, he rides a blade but doesn't often mind dawdling too much as long as you let him play on the chicane by the coffee/"free chocolate to helpless looking girls" man (he was very nice to me last winter Very Happy).

Otherwise, I'd love to get out on the roads in the Breacons (as opposed to the bogs as I normally am Laughing)

I'm up for a ride sometime, there's lots of good roads around brecon and the black mountains.

What needs fixing on the gixxer?

For anyone not in the local vicinity, there is plenty of floor space, two spare beds and oodles of bike parking area if people want to come from far and wide and stay overnight in the delights of Wales' capital city. Very Happy

It's going to be an insurance job. Can't do anything until we hear from
a) the various repair companies I have asked for quotes and
b) the insurance companies response to these and
c) my dad who may be able to transport the bike to the midlands to have the panels repaired, forks straightened, new yokes fitted etc etc etc.

Bit of an obvious place to be honest. There's only one place worth stopping for tea and coffee (and free chocolate if you're me), and that's on the inside of the chicane on the A470 just on down from the Storey Arms. Very Happy

Am I right? I like that man, he gives me free stuff.
