You need to remove around 6 bolts to gain complete access to the light housing, these should be found here:
https://i.imgur.com/7aLmp.jpg
or if you can just remove the V shaped fairing at the front which is around 3 screws, and put your arm down, but this is only easy when you know what your doing.[/img] |

I fucking hate accessing the spark plug on peugeot speedfights, there's next to no room for play if you're using a ratchet, you have to use a 21mm spark plug socket and a wrench. I use this tool kit from argos, it has all the bits neccesary to completely strip my speed fight.

I'm unsure what your problem with the lights are, from what I can gather, when your left light (main beam) is on the right light (dip beam) is off and vice versa, if so then this is normal. |
