For basic stuff like oil changes, tappets, removing wheels etc etc. Seen some on Ebay for 20 quid, are these good enough?

Considering your arm and wrist and a bit of experience are usually more than enough I'd say even a chinese torque-wrench would be enough.

Oh, hang on...a chinese one would show 10nm while actually taking 100nm. Laughing
