Brake Hoses

looking to renovate the cb's brakes next, looking over the system most is serviceable with a good clean up and new pads etc but my brake hose looks like it is starting to perish,

i would like to replace/upgrade it before it fails though i cant find a match to "my bike". I know things like this can be interchangeable between bikes so what sort of things do i need to look at to find one suitable for my machine.

bike is a cb 125 tde
