Hi guy's

Think I have fixed the front brake issue now I have have another issue

The brake disks seems to rub in the caliper some how, pistons are not seized, pins are not seized, carrier, seems ok and sliders seem to work fine, pads have good meat left on them, disc is good and not warped.

So it leaves forks to look at now?

Any help is appreciated, also the caliper seems quite loose on the carrier, slide is good and other slider is good.
Seems to have little play in it but I think it's because the pads arnt sitting on the disc yet.

Unless the pads are actually binding on the discs, I wouldn't worry. Disc brakes are designed to have the pads in contact with the discs at all times.

So are the pads binding on the discs? Can you spin the wheel without undue resistance?

Theirs resistance on one mark on some places of the disc, it's not a constant resistance ??

Spin freely just means that the pads shouldn't be binding - you should be able to spin the wheel without undue resistance.

It's not a normaly pad running noise though it's like a metal to metal noise ? My forms have been out as I hav done fork seals, so they may need aligning ?

With the handlebars set straight across the line of the bike is the front wheel pointing straight ahead? Are the tops of the legs set to the same height in the clamps? That's about it for fork alignment really.

If you think something is rubbing where it shouldn't then you need to have a closer look to see what's going on. Shine a torch down into the calipers while you're spinning the wheel. You could also remove the pads and remount the calipers (if you do this then be very careful not to touch the front brake lever) to see if anything's catching.

To be honest, without actually seeing the bike it's hard to say whether things are normal or not.
