bandit 12 turned into a twin

so it appears my B12 has turned into a twin.
its is running on the left two pots as you sit on the bike but not the right.
I have drained the float bowls and cut back the HT leads.
off to check for spark in a second.
Any more idea's? oh and they pick up when riding, just sets off on two and comes on at about 4k?

Its not you coils. Its not one coil for 1+2 the 3+4. They are mixed. my money is on blocked carbs. Get them out for a good clean.

If you're feeling lazy and it is picking up enough to ride you can try running some red-ex through the carbs.

Stick about half a bottle to a full tank of fuel and if its going to clear without having to take the carbs off that will do it
