does anyone on here have the facilities to make some basic PCB's?

single layer, through hole (i'll happily drill out 0.75mm holes myself) basic circuit layouts like various 555 timer circuits?

i had some copper clad board and ferric acid but my printer sucks and i couldnt get the schematics to transfer to the boards.

im needing 2 different circuit boards and 2 of each board made at the moment. and in the nearish future probably be needing some different ones made up too

Try some photoresist covered copper clad board, that way you just print your layout onto some transparency sheet and expose it onto the board with some UV lamps. Develop it with a teaspoon of caustic soda in a pint of lukewarm water, rinse then etch as usual. Used to do loads like that in my previous job including double sided boards.

Failing that, just use stripboard/veroboard if you've not got many to make.

i've got to make up the schematic files again.

i need these as printed circuit boards for the cleanliness and size.

they're being used in models and need to be kept small enough and tucked out of the way.

stripboard and vero board. i used those on the voyager model and is a pain in the backside.

i dont have the resources to do this myself. otherwise i would

Inkjet? Never seen it done with one of those.

HP Laser printer (I've got a Dell as well but that doesn't work, the toner is different), magazine paper (pick a page with as much white on as possible), a normal clothes iron and a tupperware tub filled with acid (Ferric chloride from memory).

I've made some relatively complex ones with that method and it works well.
