Heat, cold, penetrating fluid, try tightening it before loosening it, use a bigger lever Thumbs Up

If your allen key is on its own (not in a swiss army knife like set) you can drill down into a bit of dowel, slot the key in and get more leverage that way.

If it's in a set then use a big spanner or a big adjustable on the end of the set in order to get more leverage on it. But remember to use your free hand to hold the driving end in the screw head so it doesn't slip and round it out Thumbs Up

Or if as above it's a free allen key, then you can use the long end in the screw head and grab it with pipe grips or a smaller adjustable spanner on the flats of the allen key.

Pikey as you likey, but needs must and it works Smile

WD 40 and an impact driver then lots of shouting, swearing and twatting it with a hammer.

Proven results as I managed to remove a seized brake disk bolt with the above method.

spray with penetrating oil ,have a brew, spray some more come back after 10/15 mins try it. put the allien key in using the short end and hit with a hammer a few times. If you have a ring spanner you can slide over the long bit of the allien key to make a longer lever.

try using a plumbers blow torch to give it some heat.

make sure you shout lots and if you want to kick some thing i recommend not kicking your bike off its stand Wink

bit o fshopping to do then.

turns out its just a bolt that holds the brake pads in and they can spin out of the calliper on it, so not vital for me to undo it until i change the pads. they got life left but would rather get it done now to make life easier later.

also, oh my god! the amount of rust around the side of the pistons that where showing was unlrealistic!
