When linning up the marks on the flywhell inspection whole , which mark do i use as the letters are hard to read. Is it the second single mark that comes around when spun ant-clockwise ?

yep, it's the second single mark when turning anti-clockwise; this is the 'T' mark. The first mark 'F' is for setting the ignition timing.

remember that both valves are closed for adjustment ( ie rocker have clearance tween end and valve.). sorry dont know clearance but probably set with eng cold.

carefull with lid which has oil way and 2 jets. also plugged, so when running undo and check flow of oil. possibler to do this with lid off and running for a couple ( 5 secs max ) of seconfds :D

pic would be good.

No worries.

Def' set clearances with engine stone cold (after bike has stood overnight is ideal).

Think the clearances are 0.08mm, but do double-check that.

Cheers,

Rick
