Have a look at them. If they're in good nick then keep them - if they're worn buy new. Oh - and chain lube helps.  ____________________ BCF: Be yourself, just don't be an arse. |

i snapped one on my nsr and didn't need a new sprocket...altho the chain did take a sizable chunk of metal out of my engine casing  ____________________ Bikes owned :- 2001 nsr125, 1999 zx6r, 2006 yzf-r1, 2009 xmax 250, 2012 yzf-r1, 2015 MT-07
Current bike : - 2016 MT-10
BCF member pops. sadly missed 1945-2003 |

it depends on what cause the chain to snap.
if the sprockets are the problem or were damaged as a result of the chain snapping, then you definitely need to replace them.
Have a look at the sprockets, if they look fine put a new chain on, lube it up and give it a good check over.
check the chain for any loose or tight spots. i once had a bike which ate chains due to a a mysterious tight spot  |
