if its just a bolt then get another,or if its a screw in stud that fits into the ally clamp, then you could get another stud cut to size. ____________________ nearly a normal tax paying tosser.......with ferrileness suzi100,cg125,cb125scb100n,cb175,cd100,cj250t,kh250,c15,125 bantam, super 6,rickman gs750,xt500,250rs,dt175,lifan125,dolomite1850,metro,Morris220ld,morrisfg,leyland princess, range rover, corsa,vw camper .now struggling with legs. Hi
Does it go into a blind hole, or does the hole go all the way through?
If all the way through then I would suspect it isn't that tight. I would try carefully drilling it out (to make this easier you should be able to remove the switchgear, bar end weight and bar grip and then slide the clutch lever pivot off).
I wouldn't try an easy out type tool unless you really have to, especially the tapered kind. With the tapered ones as you tighten them up they tend to expand the bolt making it even more stuck in place, and if they do snap off (quite likely) then being hardened steel they are a nightmare to drill out.
All the best
