I'm pretty sure this will be a fat no.
Couldn't tell you why though, other than bikes aren't generally modular, you can't just slap a different engine in it, without some serious work and money anyway

Fuel injection would need mapping and shit I think, which is expensive and crazy

Plus you'd not only need an engine, you'd need the fuel pump and a suitable tank

best off finding an identical engine and doing like for like swap.
Or getting a new bike entirely.

I was going to convert the injection engine over to carb as everything i need is on the bike.

I thought the block its self would be the same injection or carb...?

Hmm I see what you mean now. No idea then!

Makes sense as carb/injector just controls the fuelling and air intake an engine is an engine....

I think it'd be more hassle than it's worth anyway..
Also your bike, can't find much on it anywhere!

I think it'd be possible/easier to convert to carb, rather than converting to FI anyway
Maybe check this thread for advice https://bike-talk.com/forum/motorcycle-tech-talk/1720-convert-fuel-injection-carburetion.html

ew another bike chat forum?

same problem im having found loads of engine off injection models.
Tried calling loads of different shops and breakers several have said they think it is just the inlet that is different and the carb one should bolt upto the head

no need to map it out really . easiest way is change the loom its the cdi that does the mapping depending on your exhaust altering the flow through which probably would not be significant enough to encorperate a new map or a fuel commander to trick your lambda censor if u wanted to in order to send more or less fuel throughout the entire range problems may arise before the map hits its walled limits . the throttle body needs to hold the jet to spray the fuel. the throttle body will also need a censor . between the 02 censor and the others information is feeded from the cdi which negotiates and dictates there performance in an ask and tell kind of way . also no need for a special sort of fuel tank even a thermos flask with a tap on and a hole in the lid would work as long as it holds fuel and can send it to the pump via gravity. unless you wanted to use a tank that has the fuel sender/pump built into it . or whatever other sort of concept you would like to encorperate . automatic choke need not apply just keep yours closed .

complete loom to suit the throttle body you wanted to add and cdi. unless you study components hard and compare voltages, wiring, sizes, bore size, and everything else relative enabling you to
( fit this jet to that throttle body and wire that jet to that loom and then find a ecu that is mapped well enough to your engine specifics ) OR u could just buy the correct unit
and then wiring it all together.most people would probably take the easy route which would be to buy a complete loom and matching ECU along with the throttle body and pump for the same engine .which is what i have done in the past as a oppertunity that was cheap was available to me.
but by trawling information comparing studying and a lot of head scratching it is achievable to mish mash odd components together and make them work as they were intended to . this is a longer road to take and usually costs less in cash but costs more in headaches. people tend to pay a lott out to take the easy route for whatever reasons they may have .
.
you could convert a normal carb to a throttle body if you really wanted to . you could even make one from a piece of stainless pipe and a drill copper pipe and a box of broken electrical components ......... christmas lights flasher relay Laughing

if time is an issue for you just cough up .
if you have no money make it yourself ?thats usually the only option i have . if your in that boat to ill try and help because i know where your coming from
and as they say Necessity is the mother of invention. and all that balls

.forget all of the above im mumbling .

in answer to your question . no. but dont give up on the idea im just a novice and probably wrong Thumbs Up

^ I wish you used punctuation and more line breaks, that post looks like it could have useful info in it Laughing

Also, confusing OP, is it a YBR injection engine you're trying to put into it?

Yes its a YBR injection engine im trying to fit a carb bike but i want to convert the engine from injection to carb....

My idea is buy just the main engine no ancillaries as i already have these on the bike.

I want to bolt the carb and other bits to a bare injection engine wanted to know if the use the same head etc....

It would be my best guess that you could retro fit a carb as the earlier cylinder head still appears to be in use.
If you look at an EFI model you'll see it still has the old (now redundant) secondary air injection port.

It would be a good idea however to remove the inlet manifold off your engine and make sure it bolts directly onto the 'EFI' cylinder head without problem.

It should then just be a case of swapping enough bits over until the donor engine runs.

It's a lot of work for very little change, why do you want to go for a carb engine? Do you know the advantages & disadvantages of injection over a carb engine ?

First thing that comes to mind is you can't run a 180cc bore kit with EFI Shocked
