Any ideas?

Basically it works but the rubber buttons are terrible.

On/Off works a treat, first time that you press it.

The +/- for temperature barely work at all. With using fingers or gloves fingers they click but nothing actually happens. You can press it 100 times and it might work once, if you're lucky.

If I use a key or a sharp object to press the buttons it works okay, maybe have to press it 2-3 times for it to work once.

Any ideas how I can fix this to make it usable by hand rather than by key?

No - I had the very same problem on the Fazer - found out they were cheap for a reason - either hotter than the sun or not on. If I wanted to adjust the temp I had to do the same - get off and prod away with my ignition key.

Damn Sad

I wasn't the one who purchased them, they were on the bike when I bought it and were bad then but usuable with fingers (after about 10 presses). It's like it's getting worse despite being used once in a blue moon.
