I've seen someone on here dremel them out before.

I've also seen my uncle get some out with a grinder and a chisel.
Basically he made a notch in the metal ring then hit in that notch with the chisel, this cracked the length of the case and he could then pry them out.

If this doesn't work, you could try shouting obscenities at them.

Try a Dremel you will be there for ever, wearing out tiny grinding stones, getting no-where fast, believe me!

Hammer & Chisel, you have to be FUCKING careful, that steel sleeve is stronger than the alloy around it in many places, you can easily end up damaging the hub, most likely breaking through into the brake drum.

Answer is, a small triangular file, and PATIENCE.... lots and lots of patience!

Use the corner of tri-file as a saw and cut four slots in the sleeve like a petal.

Once through the steel on each petal, you can use a small hammer and engineers chisel / punch to CAREFULLY tap the end of the first petal into the bushe-eye, then get a pair of pliers on it & wiggle free.

Once first segment / petal is out the other three come out the same way, but with a bit more space around them, usually easier.

Repeat for each bush sleeve.... so 16 slots, at about ten minutes a slot, this is a good days morning's work!

Clean up hole with emery, and lightly smear with coppa-slip before the new bush goes in. Job jobbed.

Patience pays.
