The biker might have only just pulled on to the road and been hit by the truck. Some facts to what happened would be nice! How do you know the polish police think the biker was at fault?

It's at the side of the road so could quite easily have be shoved forward into the junction. No sign of blood or body parts so the chances are there was nobody on it at the time Wink

You idiot...

You cannot measure chain tension with weight on the bike.

The proper method is bike held upright but 'No' weight on it.

I agree that the subframe is probably goosed though.

I'd like to see how it rides before condemning the suspension.
