Been to Lebanon for a few weeks and I did not expect there to be so many Frenchies! I asked one of them whilst on a tour and they said most know English in France, but do not like to speak it, so they like go to places where French is widely spoken (Lebanon was French-occupied for a long time and most speak Arabic, French and English). The majority of the girls I saw had thick rimmed glasses, massive noses and wore weird clothes... example:

Its to keep the germans away when they raise their arms. They are hoping to be told to just go away so they can sell their weapons to the iraqis or iranians or anyone that will buy them.

The only time they fight is in food riots when their farmers dump food all over the place.
