We all have a favourite bike and most of us have an idea of what we would do to it, if we had the opportunity to design and build it ourselves.

Show & Tell reveals that this forum has some pretty talented designers, fabricators and builders.

So, if BCF were to build a bike, what would it be and who would be involved in building it?

Seeing as CHR15 likes sticking turbos in things, it'd have to have one of those.
So a fast bike with CHR15 involved. Very Happy

(For ground up project I believe he's also good for downpipes.)

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

We have that dude on the show and tell with the fabrication of panels, we could make it completely unique. Chris and his metalwork can build a bespoke frame.

Warped could do the welding Shocked

Quite happy to attempt making a bike. It won't get MOT'd as that is just silly.

But I have enough parts.

Main problem I could envisage with this kind of project would be getting people to agree on how's and why's and then bringing them together in one place, you've only got to have a read of the BBQ threads to understand that Very Happy

It'd have a portable Rogerborg built in so that as soon as someone hits you he's throwing legal mumblejumbo their way via an in-built loudspeaker.

I think we should all just send 1 part from the bikes we've owned/random shit to put/weld onto it. Can't see what could possibly go wrong with that Wink

P.S Alpha should be our main parts provider Laughing

It would be the Y2K turbine motorcycle. Intended for new riders as well as dead ones.
