Benelli Velvet 250 - Offers?

Selling this as it was good to work with but I'm not doing anything with it.

Came to me dead, wouldn't do anything except idle. Now runs just fine, a bit rich I think. Idle is slightly uneven, runs fine, sometimes cuts out when stopping.

Great scooter and surprisingly quick.

Just going to list faults ...

Ignition damaged previous Stolen/Recovered I believe (not recorded).
Lights stopped working, just side lights, dipped beam etc. All other lights work. High beam, Indicators and Brake light.
Scuffs, scratches and two indicators damaged but on the bike and functional.
Radiator leak occasionally, very good spare included along with complete lock set. Ignition switch, is a switch!
Speedo doesn't work, cable included.
Panels rattle and fastened together with tie wraps etc.
Tax until end of April, MOT until 3/5/13

Price is £250 what I paid including additional parts. Any and all spares I have I will include, there is a top box which the parts will fit in. Spare carb semi-complete. Ideally I want it gone by Tuesday at the latest, so feel free to contact me to discuss. I would feel happy to say you can ride away. I wouldn't be going massive distances. If you are collecting with a van I've got ramps so you can get it in easy.

It's based on a Yamaha Majesty 250. Engine is all stamped Yamaha, as is exhaust. If stripping, could get much more money than this I'm sure.

Was just about to MOT after fixing most of the above, then lost the key for my freshly fitted new lock set. I found it a fortnight later after everything had expired and I'd SORN'd it.
All lights fixed, it was a fuse, yes really
New Lock set fitted, steering lock works, petrol lock etc.
Speedo is actually the speedo drive, remnants of old cable in there which wouldn't come out, they come up every now and again.
Whilst sorting the lights snapped a tab on them so they are now more loose than before.

Still starts!

Offers to take it away? Or I'll stick it on eBay
