Yes, the relay can still click even if it isn't making the contacts properly.
If neither left or right are working and the bulbs are ok it has to be part of the common circuit.

So really can only be supply (fuse) relay or switch (very unlikely). Do you have a multimeter? You can get really cheap ones that will save you pounds diagnosing what is wrong rather than buying each bit and changing it to find the fault. ____________________ Triumph Trophy Launch Edition |
