it's more the opportunity to try other bikes (legally), to walk into a dealer and say "I want that one", then take it back after hoon and go somewhere else.

He really was DSA Derek, told me I did need my CBT, I told him I didn't as I have a Full (restricted) licence. Told me he needed my theory, I relented on this as I wasn't sure and had brought just in case. Asked questions about the bike and how I got it there Laughing Then at the end, I knew I'd passed he went back into the mystery room from where they appear, after a couple of minutes came back and told me I'd passed. He wasn't quite sure about it all. If it wasn't for here (and probably you again), I wouldn't have known what I could/couldn't do.

BUT, was a really nice chap, had a bit of a chat. All good! Module 2 is tomorrow then weekend hoonage without restriction!

Strangely no, but if it had broke down on the car park ride I'd have torched it there and then!

Oh, did you do a "car park derestriction" on it? If so, awe-to-the-sum. Thumbs Up

Having a unrestricted licence is so much nicer.

At least you will be able to keep up in the Sunday jaunts Laughing

Exactly that, although in answer to Derek's question "Is this a school bike?" as he looked around the empty waiting area for an instructor, I had the bike delivered. Rolling Eyes

Keeping up wasn't really the problem, reaching journey's end was the issue. Let's face it, Pigeon has a better track record than me and he's on a Chinese 125.
